The Quosta dish in the Veggies Combo Platter from Axum Ethiopian Restaurant was incredible and resembled the filling of a spanakopita without the dairy! Creamy luscious spinach sautéed with garlic, onions and flavorful Ethiopian spices! I loved 💚 loved 💚 this dish! Another one of my favs in this platter!
Cozy indoor and outdoor seating and staff/owner very kind.
