Pumpkin Cheesecake

🎃🧀🍰 When I see flavours I dont get to see I'm SG... I just gotta try! Homemade cheesecake chunks mixed in with Pumpkin. Like the flavour, subtle sweetness. 😘 #vegandessert #veganicecream #veganinswitzerland #veganinbasel #vegan The base is generally some form of nut milk if I recall correctly. Ice creams here are great even when it was... 12 degrees out. Haha. Basel wasn't great for vegan food (even less so WFPB), so I was quite happy to be able to find this ice cream place that had a stronger focus on good natural ingredients (though I recall still uses sugar).
