Pumfu is a tofu made from pumpkin seeds so it's #soyfree and very high protein. I loved the flavor of this dish, but the sea kelp noodles put me off a bit. It kind of felt like chewing on rubber bands. But again, this is all #glutenfree so they really get creative. The pumfu was good, it does have a bit of different texture than soybean tofu but I could easily eat either.
