Second visit and it still tastes awesome. Thank you Aburi-en.
Go early to avoid disappointment! Because there's almost always a long queue during peak hours and had to take queue number. About 7 or 8+pm they will stop issuing queue numbers in order to close the restaurant on time. Next meats is indeed revolutionary. I like how aburi-en season and cooked it. Great combo.
oh my gosh.... I have no words this was so good? the “meat” was so tender and chewy, really can’t tell that it wasn’t meat🥺 my dad was like “maybe they gave you real meat” HAHHAHA the sauce was also pretty good, but tbh they gave too little so it was a little dry, you can ask for more sauce! 10/10 recommend. the rice was a little too hard also, seems like a mix of normal rice and jap rice which was strange as there were some short grain rice and some normal rice🤭 but apart from that, really enjoyed this a lot!! highly recommend!!!!!!
Love these vegan short-ribs in a traditionally meat-heavy place! The teriyaki sauce was so sticky and delicious, while the meat tasted very much like soy chicken! Love the charring too. It’s so nice to have a vegan japanese option :)
Welcome to japan in the little red dot 🇯🇵 Eating this dish rly reminded me of my last trip to japan 🥲 Everything about this dish was great but what I loved most was really the sauce! Wished they would give more so I could have it with the rice! The meat was also really soft and well charred. The portion was just right and came with pickles which I rly liked. I would return to eat this dish again in hopes that it would become a permanent dish one day 🐮👌🏼
