I found out about this vegetarian restaurant a couple nights ago. The only things on the menu that are not vegan are sour cream and cheese, which can easily be omitted were substituted with homemade cashew cheese. For this poutine , I substituted the cashew cheese for the cheese. The poutine was very filling, but of course, I had to have it with a sandwich. It was filled with delicious, nutritious and clean ingredients. Refer to the second photo. I love how it has non-traditional ingredients for that healthy kick. I will definitely go back to this place when I return to St John’s.
