Potjie Inspired Aloo Masala

The Potjie Inspired options at Sanaa have three vegan options. You get to choose what you want to go with a bowl of basmati rice. I chose the Aloo Masala. I would describe it as a veggie curry. I could be completely wrong in that description, but that’s what it tasted like to me. It had peas, carrots, potatoes, onions, and yam/sweet potato that I remember. I thought it was spicy, but I don’t have much tolerance for spicy heat in my food so it might not register as spicy to most. I would definitely recommend the Aloo Masala as a vegan entree at Sanaa.
