Potato + Rosmarin + Cheese

I tried the savory potato waffle with rosemary and vegan cheese and wow 🤩 it was SO good! Totally reminded me of a potato focaccia. They make the waffles fresh so you have to wait a little, but honestly, that’s just a plus. The spot is super tiny, no seating, hidden in a gallery and connected to Vegan Wharf (where I paid), where they make sweet vegan waffles. As you can see in the other pics, I also went for the broccoli waffle and one with sundried tomatoes + cheese. The broccoli one was a bit bland, like just boiled broccoli in the batter, could’ve used more seasoning or something extra. The sundried tomato + cheese one was definitely tastier, kind of pizza vibes (but without tomato sauce). Still good, but my absolute fave was the rosemary potato waffle with cheese, a must-try! 💚 #Waffle #Waffles #potatolover #brussels
