Poached Rhubarb, Rhubarb & Rosemary Sorbet

Not a big sorbet fan but that didn't let down how good this dessert was. Loved the whole hazelnuts as an addition. Again super healthy. #huntsabs

This was such a pretty course. The sorbet was so good and the rosemary, which sounded a little unusual to have in a sorbet, really worked. The rhubarb was nicely done and the little flavoured blobs were nice! This was the fourth of four courses of a wedding meal so was the perfect size #willows
