Po boy swag

Not the most presentable, looks a right #hotmess, but #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease 😁 Loads, like loads of #deepfried #seitan piled into/onto an open-faced #sandwich, then topped with lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, and chipotle mayo. Gotta love the USA! 😂

This dish is made up of southern fried seitan, lettuce, tomato, onions, chipotle mayo on a pretzel bun. I was super excited to try this place for the first time, but I was disappointed With this sandwich. The Seitan was very rubbery and chewy and quite frankly hard to bite into. I was expecting that mayo to be a little spicier but it was kind of bland. I would not order this item again nor can I recommend it. #ditchdairy
