Po’ Boy Sandwich (Crawfish)

One of my absolute favorite things to eat in NYC. Actually, who am I kidding. It’s one of my favorite things to eat of all time - forget just NYC. And definitely the best sandwich I’ve ever had. The crawfish poboy contains crispy, savory, and perfectly spiced vegan crawfish made of burdock root, as well as rich, tangy, and flavorful remoulade sauce. I can not recommend this dish more highly.

I was a little nervous to try the po’ boy but I needn’t have been because it was just as delicious as all the other dishes here!!
