The vegetarian bowl consists of the few staples you’d find in vegetarian Mexican food: beans, rice, guacamole, salsa & other vegetables(they used zucchini & red onion) . Note that this dish comes with cheese & sour cream so you have to request to take them out! Other than that, the guacamole is SUPERB!! The rice and beans were super soft & fluffy too 🤤 They also give you some complimentary corn chips (they make them in house!) alongside guac & salsa before you start your meal. Though the meal is on the pricier side, I’d say that it’s very filling and enjoyable.
