Plain Cheung Fun with Peanut Sauce

This place is a food stall located in an indoor food hall called Bang Bang Oriental Food Hall. They do many dim sum dishes but most of them are not vegan friendly. This plain cheung fun dish is one of the only options for vegans. It's literally just a massive steamed rice noodle roll cut into smaller pieces and the sauce is peanut and soy sauce. I'm not used to plain cheung fun being prepared in this way and I prefer the one I'm used to more so I wouldn't get this again. This was £5.50. #chinesefood #dimsum #foodhall
