🇮🇹 Devo dire che mi aspettavo più sapore da una pizza con la crema di carciofi: c’era, ma era pochissima e si sentiva poco. Direi che ce ne vorrebbe di più, visto che questa pizza è senza salsa di pomodoro! Per il resto, gli altri condimenti si sposano bene tra loro: cipolla di Tropea affettata finemente, zucchine a rondelle, peperoni sfilettati, melanzane.
Tutto sommato, visto che l’impasto è buono, non male come proposta.
🇬🇧 I have to say that I expected it to be more tasty because of the artichoke cream: it was there, but not enough I think, so you nearly could’t taste it. I’d say that they should add more of it, since this pizza does not have any tomato sauce on it! For the rest, the other ingredients matched well with each other: finely sliced red onion, zucchini, finely sliced peppers, aubergine.
All in all, since the dough was very good, not bad as a pizza.
