Pineapple Fried Rice

This stall has a vegetarian menu which is awesome and the lady asked if I take egg and I said no. This has so many ingredients compared to fried rice at many places! So worth it for $6.50. It has tofu too for protein. There's a good mix of veggie which gives it a nice flavour from being cooked in veg oyster sauce I think. There's very nice sweetness from the pineapple 🍍 and raisins, what a variety of taste in this dish. I'd give this full marks if it were slightly saltier, was a tad not salty enough but the stall owners were so busy I decided not to bother them. I enjoy the food at this stall but many times I went they weren't open, happy they were open today. 🍍
