It must be our first time trying Kala namak and tasting that egg sulfur flavor since 2019. Wow, we loved it and this place and the sole chef 👨🍳and staff, Chef Kuba. The presentation of this #eggsbenedict is gorgeous and it’s so healthy with round roasted #tomato with skin removed to emulate the yolk. Then #veganbacon 🥓to give some bite and texture. The #avocado 🥑kind of acts as the #veganegg 🍳on a delicious #buttery #bread . The creamy #lemon 🍋sauce on top is the best with fresh #herbs 🪴and the #kalanamak.
