pina colada scone

Okay so, I actually ordered this by accident 😅 I thought I had said no, but the clerk heard me say yea and it ended up in my box of treats and boy, am I glad it did because it was delicious!!! Humble Roots Organic makes the best gluten free and vegan treats I’ve found yet. What a delicious scone, with little pieces of pineapple to keep it light and fresh. Almost no coconut flavor and that was just fine with me! Absolutely great, like all their scones - my favorite of their offerings!
