Picadillo Empanada

Yum!! This was a tomatoey lentil empanada with lots of great flavors and spices packed in. (Picadillo with lentils instead of beef.) The dipping sauces paired wonderfully. Perfect brunch-time snack. 2 for $7. #empanadas
