Oh my word! This was so incredibly delicious. Chilled zucchini noodles, house-made pesto, heirloom cherry tomatoes & spinach. Simple but so flavorful and balanced. It had a tiny bit of heat from a dash of red pepper flakes. It has taken me a really long time to try this dish as I keep ordering their amazing kale salad. Man, have I been missing out! This is my new favorite! Truth be told, I don’t really love ‘fresh’ tomatoes (love anything else tomato related!) These were delicious. Falora uses really great (I think strictly or mostly local) produce. Quality ingredients! One of my favorite restaurants in town! #veganisnotscary
