Pesto, Green Beans & Potato

That’s my go-to pasta at Sugo. Perché il pesto di Sugo spacca. Questa volta forse era un po’ più stucchevole e salato del solito perché era bello peso, purtroppo. Oltretutto i fagiolini non erano cotti abbastanza che non è proprio up to their standards. Magari hanno dei nuovi cuochi, chi lo sa! Apprezzo il fatto che abbiano mantenuto la ricetta originale con TEGOLINE 🫛 (fagiolini) e patate, però peccato non abbiano mantenuto i pinoli. Capisco benissimo perché visto che costano un botto, però se fai le cose le fai per bene, o no? Bo! Ve la butto là! Vi si vuole bene lo stesso, Sugo. Perché - fuck it - almeno qui c’è odore di casa.

5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Starting my Scotland reviews with this incredible pasta that still has me in awe. So there are 3/4 pastas you can veganise on the menu here and it's all freshly prepared in open kitchens where you can see all the Italian chefs at work. The portion size was insane and it arrived sooo quickly. The pesto was fresh and delicious and having potato slices in a pasta dish is amazing!! A main, 2 sides and a cocktail cost me 19 pounds!!
