pesto cauliflower grilled cheese (vegan)

filled with buffalo cauliflower, vegan cheese, and a lovely pesto spread, this grilled cheese does not disappoint! it had the perfect balance of spice . the bread was nice and crunchy but did not hurt my roof of my mouth to eat. this is one good grilled cheese.
