Parmigiana Pizza

Spettacolare. L’impasto, la croccantezza, le melanzane, la salsa, il formaggio. Un capolavoro.

The pizzas at Sora Lella are always so yummy… however, this one wasn’t my absolute favourite - the cheese was slightly different this time, melted shreds rather than saucy cheesy “pools” of mozzarella, I didn’t love it quite as much because it was slightly less indulgent. I think because I was eating this at the same time as a SUPER rich pasta sauce it made it seem a tiny bit less flavourful by comparison…. But don’t get me wrong, it was still really tasty, the amount of toppings you get it so generous, and the dough is always done really well 😋 I’m determined to try every pizza of their menu, so I never regret my choices here
