Parma Toastie

Finally got to love madre and it did not disappoint. Sourdough filled with gooey hello friend mozzarella, some other sort of cheddary goodness, marinara, 'ham', tempeh and a sprinkling of pink salt. So insanely good I nearly cried. #alv #veganin2020
