Pancakes (Chocolate and Biscoff)

These are amongst the best pancakes I've ever had. Fluffy, light, super tasty, covered in melted chocolate and Biscoff cream and topped with chocolate chips and maple syrup. They had a similar taste to waffles... A dream come true!!!
