Pan Seared Wild Mushrooms On Toast

This is the second time I've had the pleasure of eating at The Sustainable Kitchen in Bingham and it was every bit as wonderful as I remembered from last time! I chose the mushrooms on toast (#glutenfree) which is a very hearty filling dish of two slices of toast, wild mushrooms in a delightful creamy sauce topped with vegan parmesan and micro greens - tasty, locally sourced, zero waste ethics and a wonderful ambience to this restaurant too.
