Palak Tofu

I decided to try something new from Ahimsa, which was their #vegan spin on #palakpaneer. 🌱 Instead of #paneer, which is a type of #cheese, they used #tofu—a simple, clever, and realistic substitute. ☺️ Not to mention, it is also a great #ecofriendly and #animalfriendly alternative. 🙌 The #spinach #curry was #tasty and certainly did the #leafygreens justice. 💚😋 This was a great vegan version of a classic and I’d definitely recommend it. 😄 #veganfortheanimals ❤️ #veganfortheplanet 🌎 #spinachlove #tofulover #vegancheese #indianfood
