This #padwoonsen from Ammata Thai Kitchen was pretty decent. 👍 It was one of three vegetarian options at Ammata Thai Kithcen, with the other two being #accidentallyvegan. Thankfully, the pad woon sen was able to be #veganized 🌱 by asking for #noeggs, and the owners were very kind about it. 😄 Without the egg, it consists of #stirfry #glassnoodles, #onion 🧅, #carrot 🥕, #garlic 🧄, #broccoli 🥦, #mushroom 🍄, #bellpeppers 🫑, #greenbeans, and #friedtofu. The taste was a little #sweet, and it reminded me of japchae.
