Orange Caramel Flan

This was a smooth and creamy vanilla flan finished with orange caramel sauce, beet powder, and dehydrated citrus slice. With bright, citrusy, and sweet flavors, it was lovely. It is a special for Veganizer PDX’s World Vegan Month celebration and a portion of the proceeds will benefit Outside In, a local nonprofit that supports youth experiencing homelessness and other marginalized people as they move toward improved health and self-sufficiency.
