Creative dish of Omnimeat with a local favourite, Murtabak. Crispy Murtabak paired with yummy curry 🍛
This looks small but it is filling as it's very oily. Ask for no egg to veganize. Flavourful savoury filling of omnimeat. I would be happy with this without the curry sauce - the curry has no veg or mock meat chunks it is just coconut cream. I like that it is barely spicy. Pretty strong taste, quite salty. I drank water to wash it down. I find it very oily, after this plus the perkedel I felt quite jelak from all the oily food. Would probably try something else next time.
Very nice and crispy with lots of omnimeat. The menu says cannot veganised but actually can.
This wasn't my favourite dish here, but then again I haven't had murtabak so I wasn't too sure what to expect. My omni friends really enjoyed it though!
The murtabak was very crispy on the outside! It also had quite alot of Omnimeat mince on the inside. It came with a curry dip on the side. The curry dip was a little too much on coconut taste, like a lontong. This cost $9.90.
