this was the strangest #foccacia i have ever eaten. it seemed to be assembled like a cinnamon roll with olives and corn meal (i think) as a filling/coating. it had a very strong yeast taste & smell, which disappeared when i toasted it - once grilled chz style and again with a vegan burger.
it is listed as a focaccia roll.
it wasn't bad but was much heavier than any foccacia i have ever tasted. i would not buy it again but am glad i tried it. #carbsforlife #olivelover
the owner is a charming italian man. their pastries were amazing. they were at newbury pride last week and, from their site, do a lot of festivals and street fairs as well have deliver/pick up in london.
they had an amazing assortment of sweet and savory.
