Oaxacan Ch*Kn Quesadillas

Despite classic vegan ingredients, the take on mock meats are so flavourful! Great Mexican flavours and truly a lovely meal with a beer! Quirky, cooky vibe in the car it in in! All in all, I would highly recommend for some pre night out grub.
