nyonya otah Salad (Vegan)

The otah was really nice tht it’s quite mindblowing,with a perfect level of mild spicy. The flavour of all the spices really blends well when put together. Im just not sure if i like this otah in a salad.Or maybe i just dont dig into ths kind of fusion. They used sesame dressing and it tasted like those ready packed ones, so I didn’t quite like this combo as salad. I wld hv liked it in an asian dish. My friend really enjoyed it tho.I think i hv a traditional or purist tastebud.

Loved the nyonya otah chunks! Very substantial; not stingy at all. The veggies in the bowl was kind of salad. The usual lettuce, thin carrot sticks and some thinly sliced red cabbage. Had roasted cashew nuts for some nice crunch and a vegan creamy sauce. Overall nice and light dish that's still flavourful.
