Nutty Kale Salad

Not the biggest fan of salads but this was packed with colourful crunchy veggies like red cabbage, roasted peppers, cherry tomato, apricot, almond flakes and freshly shredded coconut tossed in organic coconut oil dressing 😋 yums!
