No Pollo Rostizado

Delicious roasted not chicken. This was wrapped in rice paper, grilled and served with chips and jalapeños with a spicy sauce on top. Perfect texture and taste! This was the restaurant’s stand at La Ola Festival Vegano, the biannual vegan festival here in Mexico City.
