I wasn’t sure what to expect when I ordered this, but it was amazing! Incredibly
rich. The sliced beancurd was less like tofu and way more like an uncanny pork belly mock meat substitute. I believe the egg was also made of tofu and it tasted great. The sauce was thick and very savoury and tasty.
