Natto

This is a side dish (fermented soy beans). I give the taste 3 stars because even though I’ve wanted to try this for ages, I couldn’t get used to the unique flavour, which is unlike anything I’ve had. I’m sure if I had it more I would like it better, and it’s supposed to be very good for your gut microbiome 🦠 The sticky coating is very stringy making it slightly difficult to eat with chopsticks.
