Mushroom calamari

This consisted of a mushroom medley, kombu, tahini. No squid were harmed to make this dish, but it mimicked the yummy texture and flavor brilliantly.

So incredibly delicious! The sauce was incredible too and I ended up using it on lots of other things too!
