Mushroom Bibimbab

Really really enjoyed this new mushroom bibimbap at Paik's! There were loads of vegetables alongside nicely panfried mushrooms and the gucjujang sauce goes so well with it!

Delicious korean quick meal that’s vegan friendly. 😋
