Mushroom and Shallot Tom Yum Soup

From our last trip to Puti! They’re sadly closing due to a landlord issue, I hope they find a new place 💔 This soup was so flavourful, really fresh and zingy, and a lovely sized portion for a starter #supportlocal #supportlocalbusiness
