Mul nangmyeon

I was so stoked to have found a vegan nangmyeon in Seoul! The broth was perfectly chilled and fruit-based and the noodles were chewy and flavorful. It was an excellent vegan birthday lunch at a traditional Korean vegan restaurant in Insadong. I highly recommend it and will definitely add this place to my list of “must returns”!
