mole burrito

I tried this place a few years ago and wanted to check it out again. This cafe offers a lot of healthy home style Mexican dishes; it’s a great place to eat when you want to eat out without the guilt. I got the chicken enchiladas with red sauce, (they offer red sauce, green, and mole). For the filling it had zucchini, 🫑, 🧅, 🍄 , tofu & chicken. My partner got the mole burrito with a very vibrant spinach tortilla. The fillings were the exact same as mine with the only difference being the sauce on top. Both were paired with rice & beans. I wouldn’t say this place is “fantastic” but it is good. The food reminds me of something I’d make at home, its good but not top tier restaurant tasting good… you know? I would return when I want something healthier and light.
