Mixed Vegetable Rice

Very affordable and tasty. Glad to have many vegan options unlike 80% of the stores on campus. But the curries, noodles and dishes are all same on all days of the week. They don’t rotate the dishes much but the taste is amazing.

Yesterday’s lunch at my go-to stall in NTU ($4) The pumpkin was really well cooked! The cabbage and thai style tofu were good as usual. I wished the spring roll was crispier though! #ntuvegan

Tried their braised beancurd skin (tau kee) today! It was silky and smooth, definitely going to order this more often. Their spring roll was good too, though it wasn’t that crispy. My go-to orders, thai style tofu and stir fried cabbage, never disappoints as well 😊 ($4) #ntuvegan
