Millet Idlis

That Red Chutney and Sambar were both very yum! The White Chutney (which has the scary look of curds but isn’t) and Idli were average. Considering two people recommended this place we included Aarambam on our Vegan Food Hop at HSR Layout last weekend. The group ordered a variety of things. Millet Pani Puri was the tastiest! *slurp* Unfortunately I forgot to click a pic. For a restaurant with the tagline “flavours of South”, not a single language of South was spoken by the team. 😄 We needed to explain multiple times (in Hindi) to the service staff about not using dairy in any of our dishes. That’s why I ordered Idli even though I wanted to try Dosa because I was too tired to walk up to the counter and watch them with hawk eyes so they don’t add ghee or butter while making it. #southindian #veganindiancuisine #idlilover #bangalorevegan
