Saw this new vegan brownie some time back and was so curious to try the
flavour! Miso in a brownie was surprisingly not bad! An interesting contrast to the sweetness. But this was in the first few bites, after which it started to feel kind of cloying. Also didn't particularly enjoy this sticky but stiff texture which is less like the kind of brownies I'm used to. I did ask them to very slightly warm it because I expected it would be too hard otherwise (not sure if that made the texture worse).
The ingredients seem fairly good for a brownie, and I love that they're trying out new vegan bakes. Good stuff :)
