Mexican Wrap

This dish was exactly what I wanted: tasty, savoury, non-fried, and filling. This wrap is more like a burrito and comes with black beans, brown rice, corn, onion, bell pepper, lettuce, spices, and lime with a side of potatoes, chutney, avocado, and coconut yogurt. I was wary about mixing coconut yogurt with this but the yogurt wasn’t sweet and it really complemented the dish well! I also wasn’t sure if this would taste good without vegan cheese, soy meat, or vegan sour cream but this proves that these non-processed fillings make for a really great wrap!
