Melting Moment Cookie

It looked a lot better than this in the shop 😆 I got it take away and it had been in my bag all day before getting eaten. The filling was a nice buttercream and the biscuit was nice and melt in the mouthy.

My nana used to make these and I loved them. I’d never seen a vegan version until yesterday at Union Kiosk. Tasted just as I remember, with buttery melt-in-your-mouth cookie and sweet, creamy icing. I enjoyed this with a coffee in my Smith & Daughters x Frank Green keep cup. #veganisnotscary #thefutureisvegan
