This is another great fully vegan restaurant you don’t want to miss during your visit in Palermo.
It’s a neatly designed place, owned by what seems a super stylish couple. The interiors are super sleek but they also have an outdoor space for the nice season. We decided to eat inside and we were so nicely surprised by how cool the furniture and the overall design of this place looked.
I decided to get the melanzane ammuttunate, which are a typical Sicilian dish normally cooked with caciocavallo cheese, in this case veganized thanks to the use of plant-based cheese.
It was a delicious dish, what made it stand out for me was the richness of the tomato sauce that accompanied the eggplants, incredibly flavorful. Also I love a tomato-eggplant combination. This dish was part of the daily proposal outside of the regular menu, which you can see pictured in the second picture.
The price was 12€, probably a little more expensive than the usual vegetable starter here in Palermo, but in my opinion absolutely worth it.
