Mee Rebus

Very fragrant Curry. Could come with more taupok protein. For this price, it's acceptable

While I can't characterise #meerebus as the most appetising-looking of dishes, you’d be a fool to think that this dish isn’t one of the best things out there! I’m not a mee rebus 𐌾oth but this one really impressed me 🖤 Its savoury translated throughout the #gravy and even seeped through the usually impermeable #yellownoodles 🍜 Starchy, it was, and down to every last drop I slurped and was wholly made full by the dish. They’re generous with the portions #tofu, #beancurdskin, and #taugeh even at S$3.50 🤑 The #charsiew was added on by myself cause I was feeling absolutely ravenous yesterday and I regret it not! The dish is surprisingly versatile for flavour and while it was littered with #chilli the broth was by no means #spicy if you can avoid biting into them. I’d imagine they’d be happy to customise the dish to your suiting if you ask nicely too. The people behind the stall are lovely here! #sgcheapandgood

this was my first time trying mee rebus so i have no basis of comparison, but i enjoyed it a lot! came with fried beancurd skin and beansprouts. a really hearty meal and generous serving too 🙆‍♀️
