Matchamissu

Green tea flavoured tiramisu with buckthorn ice cream. I would have liked the matcha flavour to be a bit stronger but it was lovely. The ice cream was like nothing I tasted before, it had a zingy citrus flavour. Again we shared this dish and it was more than enough.
