Matcha Brown Sugar Deerioca Milk

There is a lot of talk about The Alley amongst bubble tea fans and I can see why! They do a great brown sugar range and so the sweetness is fixed but I found that it was just right! Make sure to mix the sugar in properly! This is the second time I’ve gotten matcha flavoured bubble tea and I have to say that this wins by a mile compared to the other one! It wasn’t powdery, it wasn’t overly bitter but was still distinctly matcha. Their tapioca is hand made and they call it “deerioca” which is really cute haha. I don’t usually go for tapioca but these were great quality. It was smooth and they’ve found the sweet spot of chewiness and doesn’t get stuck in your teeth. I’m very willing to get the tapioca at this place again! They are vegan friendly and indicate which drinks can be made vegan. The oat milk is 50p extra which is the only downer.
