Mapo Tofu

This was good but I’ve had other Mapo tofu that I’ve liked better.

I’m giving this a high rating because it was excellent mapo tofu, even if I couldn’t handle the Szechuan peppercorns and could barely eat one serving! 🌶 Very tingly. It was a classic/traditional preparation. If you like mapo tofu, you will like this!

All the right stuff in this one! Szechuan peppercorns, spring onion, Beyond beef. Personally could’ve gone even spicier though
